Whitstable Town have sacked manager Will Graham after just six matches.
Graham succeeded Jim and Danny Ward during the summer but he failed to collect a single league point during his brief time in charge at the Belmont.
He leaves with the Oystermen rock-bottom of Ryman League Division 1 South and out of the Robert Dyas League Cup.
In a statement on the club's website, Whitstable chairman Gary Johnson "placed his thanks for Graham's energy and passion on record but insists that an experienced Ryman or equivalent anager will now be sought."
Graham held crisis talks with his players after last Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Three Bridges, keeping them in the changing-room for an hour after the game.
But Tuesday night's 1-0 loss at Sittingbourne proved to be his final game in charge.
Assistant manager Simon Halsey and coach Ricardo de Vivo have been asked to lead the team for Saturday's FA Cup preliminary round tie at home to Walton Casuals.
