A pervert committed a sexual act while sitting in an amusement arcade.
Marek Mosorov, of Clarence Road, Gravesend, was spotted by a woman acting indecently while sitting at a gaming machine in the Gillingham town centre arcade.
The incident, which took place on Wednesday, March 27, was reported to police who set about tracking him down.
On Saturday, March 30 the 44-year-old was arrested in Cheshire and returned to Medway police station.
The following day, he was charged with outraging public decency.
He was also charged with indecent exposure in a communal garden near Luton Road, Chatham, on December 2 last year. This incident was witnessed by several members of the public.
Mosorov appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 1, where he admitted both charges and will be sentenced at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 5.
The District Commander for Medway, Chief Inspector Garry Cook, said: “Our officers are determined to protect women and girls from those who seek to accost them in the street or commit sexual offences towards them.
“Those found to be offending in this way can expect to be identified, arrested and swiftly charged by our dedicated investigation teams.
“Whilst we are taking proactive steps to deal with offending of this type, anyone who is a victim of violence or a sexual offence is urged to report it to us immediately, so that we can take steps to protect you and bring these offenders to justice.”
