Concerns are mounting for the welfare of a missing Kent teenager who may have left the county.

Issac Candler, 17, was last seen at about 9pm in the Tufton Road area of Rainham on Sunday, June 23.

He is described as five feet 10 inches tall, medium build, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Issac is believed to be wearing a black, white and blue thick striped ‘Trapstar’ coat, which has the brand written in large white writing on the back, dark bottoms and dark trainers.

He has connections in Colchester, Essex, and is thought to be in that area.
