Suspected cocaine dealers charged after searches of properties near Magpie Hall Road, Chatham

Three suspected drug dealers have been charged after bags of cocaine were uncovered during police raids.

Officers discovered the first stash at a property near Magpie Hall Road in Chatham on Monday (November 11).

After executing the warrant two men were arrested. A mobile phone was seized as well as lock-knife and seven self-seal bags of cocaine.

Meanwhile, a second search warrant was executed at a further address nearby.

Cocaine was found and another man was then arrested in New Road.

Mark Diss, 42, of East Street, Chatham, along with Lonut Calin, 29, and Gabriel Calin, 23, both of Melbourne Road, Chatham, were charged on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

All three suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 13.

They were conditionally bailed to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on December 9.
