A woman was taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in Chatham.
The incident occurred in Swift Crescent, close to the busy Princes Avenue route.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene shortly before 4pm yesterday.
The woman’s injuries are not deemed to be life-threatening.
A police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called at 3.51pm on Friday, January 5, to a report of a collision in Swift Crescent, Chatham, which involved a car and a pedestrian.
“Officers attended the scene along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and a woman was taken to a local hospital with injuries not deemed life-threatening.”
