A former research centre site could fetch more than £850,000 at auction.
The Broadoak Enterprise Centre, near Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, will go under the hammer this month.
The 2.5-acre premises in Broadoak Road used to be occupied by research group BBI Solutions.
There are six units which range from offices, laboratories, workshops and stores.
There is also parking on site which is surrounded by woodland and can be accessed from a private road.
Auctioneer Clive Emson is selling the lot which has a guide price of between £850,000 and £860,000.
Bidding will end on Friday, November 1.
Auctioneer John Stokey said: “This is a vast site and unlike any other, you’ll find due to it being a former research centre.
“It consists of various buildings over a large area and it is shielded by trees and has its own road.
“It will be interesting to see who bids for the site and what they intend to do with it.”
