Traffic is building on a busy A-road after a lorry crashed through the central reservation, blocking the route.

The A249 northbound towards the Isle of Sheppey is slow following the accident involving the vehicle, which is believed to have been the only one involved.

It happened just after the entrance sliproad for Bobbing, with debris reported to be on both carriageways.

Police have been contacted for comment.
