The opening date of a 24-hour gym has been revealed.
PureGym is moving into Sittingbourne Retail Park, replacing furniture store Bensons for Beds.
The nationwide retailer left the town in December, with Pure Gym set to move into the vacant unit.
PureGym has now announced on its website that it will open on Tuesday, April 9 this year.
It says the facility will be fitted with more than 220 pieces of equipment, including free weights, fixed resistance machines, and cardio equipment.
A PureGym spokesperson said the unit will become a “fantastic facility for the people of Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas”.
She added: “PureGym is excited to be bringing affordable, flexible fitness to Sittingbourne.
“The brand-new gym will be located in Sittingbourne Retail Park and will provide members with 24/7 access to state-of-the-art equipment, a range of exercise classes and PTs to help them achieve their fitness goals, all at great value.
“This will help support the mental and physical wellbeing of the people of Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas.
“Keep an eye out for our opening offer.”
