Officers are appealing for information as they seek to find a missing woman.

Elizabeth Colton was last seen in the Lonsdale Avenue area of Cliftonville, Margate, at around 10.15am yesterday (February 1).

It is believed the 48-year-old may have boarded a train travelling towards London Victoria later that morning.

Elizabeth is around 5ft 7 with medium-length brown hair, wearing dark glasses and carrying a black walking stick.

She is thought to have been wearing grey check trousers, a black coat and carrying a black handbag when last seen.

Anyone who has seen her or knows of her whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting 01-0927.
