Appeal to find missing Jacob Hamblin, 22, from Westgate-on-Sea

A missing man has been safely found.
Yesterday, police released an appeal for Jacob Hamblin, who was last seen in the Wellington Crescent area of Ramsgate at around 1.45pm that day (Friday).
Today, police confirmed he has been found safely.
