A luxury £14 million mansion featuring bluebell woodlands and some of England’s “most breathtaking views” has hit the market.
Someone with deep pockets can now buy the huge High View estate off Langton Road in Tunbridge Wells.
The house, which has two other buildings that most would love to call home, is the most expensive in the county according to the property website Zoopla.
After paying down a £1.4m deposit, a 25-year mortgage would cost around £80k per month to clear.
Inside the four-storey building are nine bedrooms, eight bathrooms and eight living spaces recently refurbished.
There is also a wine cellar, a gym, two studies and two cloakrooms across the 20,000 sq ft home.
There are four carports which have been carved into the hill as well as a garage which can hold six cars.
Original features such as stained glass windows above the main entrance have been retained despite the revamp.
There is a zip wire on the terrace which leads down to the lake.
In the grounds surrounding the house is a woodland, gardens and a lake which is at the bottom of the hill.
If the residents or guests do not fancy the walk down the hill they can take a zip line from the terrace instead.
The estate is almost 50 acres and also includes two other properties – The Roundel and The Lodge.
The former may be a single-storey brick building dwarfed by the larger home but there is plenty inside.
It has an open-plan kitchen, sitting and utility room as well as a dining room.
There is also a snug and a guest cloakroom as well as two bedroom suites. It has a double garage, studio and garden.
Meanwhile, The Lodge is near the entrance to the grounds and is a detached house.
It is an open-plan cottage with a kitchen, dining area, spacious sitting room, utility room and a study on the ground floor and four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.
It can only be accessed from dual electric gates which act as a way of secluding the main house from the other two buildings.
The listing is being sold by Knight Frank which also sold another £14 million country home in Sevenoaks.
That house has 14 bedrooms and an indoor pool complex complete with a steam room, home gym and private changing facilities.
